Kristina & Mike's beautiful day.

My dear Kristina & Mike got married on September 12, 2008 at the rustically stunning Newcastle Wedding Gardens. A spectacular site with a gorgeous relaxed atmosphere and perfect lighting to boot! The entire day was unique, luscious, and loving and it was touching to be selected to capture the day as it unfolded.The amazing flowers with the peacock feathers were done by Blooms by Martha Andrews. Sarah & Steven at Taber Ranch, Capay Valley

Sarah & Steven were an amazingly symbiotic and beautiful couple and they were an inspiration to me. To put a cherry on top of it, Taber Ranch is my absolute favorite place to shoot at (sorry other venues). And in spite of the slightly toasty weather (104) the wedding was spectacular and the mood was playful and loving. Please take a look at their super cool SLIDESHOW. I just feel in love with these shots and had to share them with you all. Kristine & Corey brought their adorable and well behaved golden retriever to their engagement shoot. It was such a pleasurable outing!

I am so thankful to have such a great job and to work with great people. Travis and his dad were some of these people. Travis came in for his high school senior portraits and was such a sweet kid and a total pleasure to work with. Too bad he couldn't bring his guitar to add in the mix but maybe next time...
